General Conditions:

Stable and warm autumnal weather dominates Lebanon and the Eastern Mediterranean Basin with temperatures above their seasonal averages, especially inland, until this Sunday afternoon, where conditions will gradually turn unsettled with scattered rainfall until Tuesday dawn, after which stability will return, and the region is expected to be affected starting from Thursday dawn by a low-pressure system currently centered northwest of Turkey, which is gradually approaching and will be accompanied by relatively cold air masses, bringing heavy rainfall at times, active winds, and thunderstorms. Its influence will persist until the end of next week. 

Average temperatures for the month of October: Tripoli between 20 and 28°C, Beirut between 21 and 29°C, Zahle between 13 and 27°C.

Expected Weather in Lebanon:
Sunday:

Partly cloudy with medium and high clouds along with a slight rise in temperatures. Humidity increases starting from the afternoon. Fog forms over the highlands as clouds thicken, making conditions favorable for scattered rainfall, especially in the northern and eastern regions, with occasionally active winds. 
Monday:

Partly to occasionally cloudy with dense fog over the highlands. Temperatures drop back to their seasonal averages. Scattered rainfall occurs, intensifying at times especially in the north of the country, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and active winds. Weather gradually stabilizes during the night. 
Tuesday:

Partly cloudy with no significant change in temperatures and local fog over the highlands. Scattered drizzle is expected during the morning period in the northern regions. Humidity decreases during the day and weather turns to few clouds.
Wednesday:

Generally few clouds with a rise in temperatures. Humidity increases in the evening and weather gradually turns partly cloudy during Wednesday/Thursday night with scattered light rainfall expected.
Surface Wind:

Northwesterly during the day, southeasterly to southwesterly at night, with speeds between 15 and 35 km/h. 

Visibility:

Good along the coast, occasionally deteriorating over highlands during the night due to fog.
