General Conditions:

 Lebanon and the Eastern Mediterranean Basin are affected by a low-pressure system accompanied by relatively cold air masses centered over Greece, which is gradually approaching, leading to heavy rainfall at times, thunderstorms, active winds, and a drop in temperatures. Its influence will persist until Friday afternoon, after which it will recede and weather will gradually stabilize.

 

Average temperatures for the month of October: Tripoli between 20 and 28°C, Beirut between 21 and 29°C, Zahle between 13 and 27°C.

Warning: Heavy rainfall is expected starting tomorrow afternoon, with the possibility of flash floods forming on roads.

Tuesday:

 Generally cloudy with a noticeable drop in temperatures falling below seasonal averages, dense fog forming over highlands causing poor visibility, scattered rainfall occasionally heavy starting from midday accompanied by thunderstorms and active winds with the possibility of hail and flash flood formation on some roads. 

 
Wednesday:

Partly to occasionally cloudy with fog over highlands and a drop in temperatures inland and a rise on the mountains and along the coast, scattered rainfall accompanied by lightning, thunder and active winds starting from midday especially over mountainous and inland areas, with some clearings occurring. 

 
Thursday:

Partly cloudy with no significant change in temperatures and fog over highlands, light scattered rainfall during the day with wide clearings occurring, turning cloudy by evening with intensifying rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and active winds occasionally gusting up to 65 km/h causing rising sea swells.
Friday:

Cloudy to partly cloudy with a drop in temperatures and fog over highlands, scattered rainfall occasionally intensifying during the morning period accompanied by lightning, thunder and active winds reaching up to 60 km/h, rainfall gradually subsiding from the afternoon onward and weather becoming stable.
Surface Wind:

 Southwesterly, occasionally strong, with speeds between 20 and 45 km/h. 

Visibility:

Poor in general due to fog and heavy rainfall.

Between 70 and 90%.
